I found this Jeep online on the Zeck Ford website. I emailed not expecting to hear anything back. To my surprise, I had an email waiting for me the next morning. I called and spoke with the salesman, Kyle Anderson, who went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered. He also worked with me around my busy work schedule. When I arrived, I took it for a drive and returned to purchase it. He had all the paperwork in order and had the process taken care of within twenty minutes. I would buy from them again!

It was difficult for Elizabeth to enter and exit the white SUV. This day, Friday, May 3rd of 2013 was lengthy for the purchase of a 2013 white Taurus arriving here at Zeck Ford October 10, 2012. Although the experience started off on the bad side, things were brought back around. This was the first time ever that an owner took time out of his day to discuss a situation with me. Even though the experience was not perfect, the employees did what was possible to make it as right as possible. We ended up buying a different vehicle when the first vehicle fell through. My husband and I initially came here because we were interested in an Acura only and if we couldn't get it, we weren't going to get a car. However, as we strolled the lot, we noticed a couple other vehicles which were equally as nice, but we were still partial to the Acura. For a few reasons we were unable to purchase the Acura, but instead, with the help of our wonderful salesman by the name of Jace Grabouski, not only did we actually get a car equally as nice, it's a newer vehicle, it's my favorite color, and the icing on the cake was it happened to be my birthday so it came with a big bow. We left Zeck Ford with huge smiles on our faces, a beautiful car, and all in less than two hours. Oh, and best of all, we made a new friend in Jace and we found the dealership which we plan on doing all our business with when we decide to purchase any more vehicles.Our daughter attends college here but we live in Lawrence, a forty-five minute drive away, but it's well worth the drive. I found a few vehicles on AutoTrader and their website that were very cheap in comparison to every where else I looked. Unfortunately they only had a couple left that were on their site. They have a huge volume of vehicles and will help you get the deal you want. I drove three hours and didn't drive away with a vehicle but they did so well helping me that I wasn't upset. Just bummed we couldn't swing a deal but they bargained for about 10 minutes before the Sales Manager came out and told us they could not get low enough for us. No time wasted, no feelings hurt.     Dennis Vaughan and Zeck Ford - Bottom line they are fair and easy to work with. About the buying experience: I was looking for a new truck and knew exactly what I wanted down the color, features and price I was willing to pay. Zeck Ford had the truck I was interested in so I called and talked with Dennis late on a Tuesday evening, told him the VIN number of the truck I was interested in. He stopped me right there and wanted to confirm the truck was even available before wasting my time. He called me right back to let me know the truck was available and if I was interested he would pull it aside until I came in to look at it. Wednesday morning he called to confirm I was still coming in ? I told him I would, but was short on time. He had me fill out an on-line credit app, got the information on my trade-in and when I arrived, he had the truck waiting for a test drive. Long story short - I was driving out of the lot in my new truck less than two hours after I arrived. Dennis is easy to work with and offered nothing but great customer service. I also purchased spray in bed liner, which needed to be scheduled. Dennis followed up the next day to see how the truck was, if I had any questions and to schedule a time to spray the bed. Again, Dennis knew I was short on time and he had a loner car and the paper work ready when I arrived. How I found Zeck Ford and Dennis: As I mentioned above, I knew exactly what I wanted down the color and features, so I went to yourmidwestforddealers dot com and searched the on-line inventories for the different Dealers. When I found a truck i was interested in, I checked the dealer's website to see if the truck was listed, if the truck was listed, I did a Google search on the dealer reviews....several KC metro dealers had the truck I wanted, but didn't have good reviews ? so I passed. Found a truck at Zeck Ford ? they had great reviews with what I felt to be honest reviews from customers, and there were several with Dennis's name included ? that's why I contacted him A lot of KC metro dealers have two bad reviews with details (or more) for every good review. The kicker is the good reviews were often shallow on details and full of adjectives ? reeks of dealers self-promoting themselves to counter the bad (honest) reviews. In my case Zeck Ford was an hour drive, but worth it.

    I cannot talk enough good about Zech Ford. As many of us today my credit has taken its toll due to the economy and many different thing. although I filled out a credit app online and Jeffrey Bowlin called me to discuss things with me.     Jason was up front and honest with me at every turn. We were about to have our third child and needed a car that could hold three carseats and still have room for storage. I went to Zeck planning on test driving an Expedition. Jason pointed out that I could get more for my money with a Flex and still have the room I needed.     EXCELLENT service!!!! I am a girl so everyone knows how nerve racking and frustrating it can be for women to go buy a vehicle (a truck in my case). When I found the truck I wanted, I did some research on it and they were UNDER the suggested retail on NADA and KBB which I was impressed with!! On top of that, I also did research on the truck I was trading in.. they gave me $100 more for my trade than I was expecting at best!!! Everyone up there is VERY nice and easy to deal with!! I would recommend Zeck Ford to anyone who doesn't want to get screwed over!! I will be a repeat customer even though it takes over an hour to get there! :)

    Jeffrey Bowling was friendly and professional. He worked with me while I dealt with some unforeseen difficulties in financing, including the bank catching fire while my loan was being processed.     AMAZING! After my vehicle was totaled I was nervous about car shopping again, you always hear about how shady dealers are. Not so at Zeck Ford, working with Jason was a great experience. He was really friendly and knew what he was talking about. After test driving a couple vehicles there was no pressure to make the purchase. I liked what I saw and the price was much lower than I had seen anywhere else. I have had my vehicle for just under a week and have already been contacted by phone and e-mail to make sure everything it to my satisfaction.     What a nice surprise to find a dealership whose focus is making sure the customer finds the vehicle that they are looking for at a price that they can afford. Our salesman, Brendan Dow, was upfront and honest from the beginning to the end of our visit. He answered all of our questions directly without the usual run around that we had experienced at other dealerships while giving us several options as we navigated through the the process of purchasing a car. It was a great experience.
