In comparison to recent experience with "other" dealer, outstanding

Although the experience started off on the bad side, things were brought back around. This was the first time ever that an owner took time out of his day to discuss a situation with me. Even though the experience was not perfect, the employees did what was possible to make it as right as possible. We ended up buying a different vehicle when the first vehicle fell through.
