I delivered the car at the time agreed upon the previous week for my 60,000 mile service. The service was completed and I paid the amount assigned for the service. The car mileage at this point was 59,140 and I had thought that there was supposed to be an oil change at this time as it had seemed a long stretch since the car's last oil change at Zeck on 18 November 2011 (49,192 miles). The lady at the service desk had said at the conclusion of this visit, that my next scheduled return would be another 5,000 miles from now. That seems to me an inordinate amount of time between oil changes. Perhaps I don't understand the needs of the car or the complexities of the comprehensive maint. agreement that I had added to the purchase of my new car. Otherwise, all seemed OK. At the time of my initial report, there was an unfamiliar, unpleasant chemical smell inside the car following the December 31, 2012 service. It was still present at the time of my initial report, but seems to have disappeared at the point of this revision. I've moved my initial three star rating of this service to a four star because the pervasive attitudes of all parties involved seemed genuinely caring and attentive; all consistent with my previous service visits.
