I found this Jeep online on the Zeck Ford website. I emailed not expecting to hear anything back. To my surprise, I had an email waiting for me the next morning. I called and spoke with the salesman, Kyle Anderson, who went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered. He also worked with me around my busy work schedule. When I arrived, I took it for a drive and returned to purchase it. He had all the paperwork in order and had the process taken care of within twenty minutes. I would buy from them again!

Although the experience started off on the bad side, things were brought back around. This was the first time ever that an owner took time out of his day to discuss a situation with me. Even though the experience was not perfect, the employees did what was possible to make it as right as possible. We ended up buying a different vehicle when the first vehicle fell through. This is the best experience I've had buying a car. The one and only thing I would like to see different is prices on the cars. No pressure sales was great, gas already in cars was great for test driving, large selection on cars was great!!
