Zeck Ford is proud to announce we have been awarded the DealerRater Dealer of the Year award for 2017, marking the 6th time the dealership has won the award.

In 2009, the DealerRater Dealer of the Year Award program was initiated which awards a dealership with outstanding customer satisfaction based on the reviews from customers themselves when they post on DealerRater’s website. Every year, the brand categories that are represented in the program have increased.
The following is the Dealer of the Year Award Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 positive review in each quarter of the previous calendar year.
- Average rating of 4.0 out of 5.0 for the reviews of the previous year.
- Must not have been blacklisted the previous calendar year.
- Minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the previous year.
To determine the winners, a Power Score is calculated for each of the individual dealerships that are listed on DealerRater.com. The dealership with the highest Power Score wins the award.
The Power Score is based on the average star rating as well as the number of reviews. A Bayesian algorithm is used to determine the Power Score each quarter of the qualifying year. The average of the quarterly scores will give you the overall score for that particular dealership.
In order to win the dealership must score highly on three different criteria – the number of reviews, average score, and consistency of positive reviews from customers. This makes the scoring a bit fairer and way more cumulative so that you cannot be doing well in only one of these categories. You have to do well in all of these categories to have a chance to win the award.
